Balance Adjustments
1. Kisei
In the previous balance adjustments made to Kisei, we'd hoped to limit his performance in the hands of experienced players by reducing the casting frequency of his Ability 1. However, in the current version, Kisei's rapid lane-clearing ability in the early game is dealing much more damage to enemy shikigami than expected. We have thus slightly reduced his damage values in the early game to keep his strong performance in the early game in check.
Ability 1: Black Stone's Flight
Reduced damage from 80/140/200/260/320 (+75% of Ability Power) to 60/115/170/225/280 (+75% of Ability Power).
Ability 2: Stone of Duality
Reduced enhanced Black Stone's Flight damage from 100/170/240/310/380 (95% of Ability Power) to 80/150/220/290/360 (85% of Ability Power).

2. Ubume
Owing to the effective ability hit rate boost Ubume received from previous mechanic adjustments, we had reduced some of her ability values to balance her performance accordingly. Despite this, her damage remains a bit too high, making her too strong in current matches. We will thus be reducing some of Ubume's damage values to ensure that her strength stays within a reasonable range.
Ability 2: Crane Song
Reduced damage dealt to enemies along the path from 40/70/100/130/160 (40% Attack) to 30/55/80/105/130 (40% Attack).
Reduced damage dealt by the apparition from 35/60/85/110/135 (80% Attack) to 25/50/75/100/125 (70% Attack).

3. Inryo
The cooldown for Inryo's Ability 2 in the late game is currently relatively short. By increasing this cooldown, we hope to ensure that enemy shikigami have the opportunity to make use of Inryo's ability cooldown period to counter him.
Ability 2: Beast Cage
Increased cooldown from 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds to 16 seconds.

Free Shikigami Lineup Bulletin
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 2/6. The new free shikigami will be Komatsu, Ichimokuren, Vampira, Jorogumo, Aori, Yoto Hime, Yokinshi, and Satori.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Tanuki and Tenjo Kudari.
Of these shikigami, Yoto Hime and Yokinshi have a difficulty of Hard, and Satori has a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle for free.
